I have a managed wordpress site through GoDaddy. I went to open slider revolution (which came bundled with my theme) and a popup saying ‘help us to make slider revolution better’ comes up, asking if I would like to share my usage data to help them improve the plugin. Whether I click yes or no, I see something popping up that says ‘Ajax error”. I can’t get through this question to get into the actual plugin to edit my sliders. I tried to update slider revolution but I can’t figure out how to since it came bundled with my theme. I have seen people saying to increase the php memory but you can’t do that via godadddy managed wordpress. I am completely stuck. What should I do? thanks
