Question# 2 mate: MySQL usage reached its maximum limit. Is their any way in the settings or can you give me an advice how to avoid or minimize MySQL usage in the database?

Give a try to Database Cleaner. You can disable the logs, but the limits will not work anymore. That said, you can delete the logs prior to 1-2 month(s) before, that could be one way.
