Slow local developer experience

Hi guys, I work with WordPress from a good time, in the last 3 different companies I had worked I noticed that Docker + linux, php wordpress envoronment I use to work locally I usually wait for 4/5 seconds to view the page refreshed.

Help, I don’t understand Why it take a long time to load or which would be a good docker configuration to work quickly, it’s local I want it as fast as it can.
