SMS Notifications being sent for appointments where Send Notifications is off

I created an “Evening reminder to customer about next day appointment” SMS Notification using cron.

I edited one of my appointments by unchecking the “Send Notifications” box, well before the scheduled time of the SMS Notification.

It sent the SMS notification for that appointment anyway.

Please let me know when this bug has been fixed, so I can re-enable the notifications. I don’t want SMS notifications for all appointments, only certain ones, and right now it is impossible to control this on a per-appointment basis.
