Hello, I am having the same problem as several users. Messages sent through the form are not being delivered. Test emails and extension update emails are being delivered normally.
The error message: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.
I noticed that the emails that work has the correct From: field but the emails that didn’t work had the From: [email protected].
So I changed the divi module contact form to use the gmail that I set up in Post SMTP. So now it shows the right email put the email is still not being sent.
