I’m currently investigating solutions to the following problem. I currently have issues where I develop websites but need SMTP details to take care of sending contact form submissions and other admin email related stuff from WordPress. Though getting SMTP details can be a lengthy process from clients.
What would you suggest I do so that i dont need SMTP details from my clients and needing to add DNS records?
I’ve been looking at using MailGun as a way of quickly creating SMTP accounts for this. Based on my research, it seems that you need to add DNS records to verify the domain you add which would need to be done for ever website. Is there not a better solution because I was using gmail but now that they require a phone number for verification, that’s out. 🙁
