I’m sorry you ran into that issue – that should be temporary and in 10 minutes you should be able to try again. That can happen sometimes if the request to load the library items times out and the snippets were not correctly saved.
Hi Mircea, thank you for the prompt response, I’ll give it time in that case, was wondering if the plugin Wordfence was interfering and blocking backend access through the firewall.

@gripgrip I uninstalled WPCode > Deleted WPCode > cleared cache and cookies > reinstalled WPCode > Accessed Snippets > Noticed “Display a message after the 1st paragraph of posts” still populated a message I had activated prior
Went back to Library > Error persisting “We encountered a problem loading the Snippet Library items, please try again later”
Does WPCode retain entries in the Database despite deleting the plugin?
Any recommendations for the missing Library content or is this still propagation?

Yes, WPCode does not delete the snippets on uninstall to avoid situations where you might lose your snippets.
Regarding the library – that should load ok unless there is something blocking the request like you initially suspected. I checked again and the snippets are loading ok for me, can you please try disconnecting from the library from the WPCode settings page and the connecting again?
Disconnecting and Reconnecting to the Library fixed it 🙂
