I just upgraded to the Business plan in order to install some plugins and am having some trouble getting them to work. I sent in a message, but have been waiting for the “happiness” engineers to get back to me for over 15 hours now. Is this just me or is something going on?

Isn’t WordPress.com a rip off? Just checked the pricing, the premium version is already more expensive than what I pay to host my website with up to 5 subdomains. I pay 75€, premium is 96€
I don’t get it
Honestly we’ve never had this issue. My website is the first one I’ve created so I’ve used the hell out of the live chat feature. Max time I’ve had to wait is 5 minutes. I’m not too sure what going on.
