So many 301 Redirect with no good reason

I created a blog website and everything seemed good until using ahrefs site audit tools It shows me that I have about 55 different 301 redirects. When taking a closer look It seems that my affiliate links to amazon are giving me 301 errors. Is there a way to make it not give out n error? do i have to add a no follow tag on all links?
