So what am I doing wrong with my addition of a FluentForm contact page?

[ad_1]

Steps so far

  1. Install Fluent Form and Fluet SMTP
  2. Create a contact form and fill in details
  3. Create a contact page
  4. Do an Add Block and insert the FluentForm shortcode for the new form created.

The new form shows up on the page in Block Editor. However, all that I get whenever I try to view the page is the following that displays like an index.

Index of /contact
Name Last modified Size Description
Parent Directory –
New folder/ 2012-12-23 06:35 –
ReadMe.txt 2012-12-23 06:35 700
contact.css 2012-12-23 06:35 2.7K
contactform.php 2012-12-23 06:35 4.4K
include/ 2013-01-30 14:58 –
scripts/ 2012-12-23 06:35 –
thank-you.php 2012-12-23 06:35 445

What am I doing wrong here?

  1. There is a physical folder called “contact” on your web server. Rename it to something else or delete it.
