I currently work as a developer for an e-commerce agency and I’m thinking of making my own agency (while still working) but focusing on sales and project management. And outsource everything that has to do with design and development.
But my idea is to have some kind of subscription model that will allow me to have some recurring income after having paid for everything needed to get the site into production.
Does anyone have experience with subscription business models or know of a way to ensure recurring income?
