I have a strange problem after I import a list with over 500 users. If the user first name, last name or other fields like address has only 4 letters, this will be imported as Chinese signs. I have a custom field where the word Herr should be imported. It doesn’t work. If I change it to HERR it is working. On the image below all 3 fields are imported. So, first name (Timo) 4 letters Chinese. Last name ok, display name ok. I tried to change the encoding format of the file to ISO 8859-1 but it is not working.
