Some pages get “Served from prefetch cache” others not

I’m using cloudflare and w 3 total cache, w3tc doesn’t have prefetch feature. However, I noticed some posts loads very quick and when I checked the HTML is Served from prefetch cache.

I know if I visit the page second time it will be cached but some pages get Served from prefetch cache even for the first visit.

So, what’s going on here?
I’m also planning to use prefetch plugin any thoughts on it? Good bad ?
