Someone help me code ads into wordpress

I’ve been trying for weeks to code the ads onto my site but I haven’t been successful please someone out there kindly tell me in the comments how to code it into the pages or index or something! ! I’ve been at it for weeks!! I currently have a wordpress account using bluehost and I also signed up for popads.net so that way I’ll get approved faster for ad revenue. Now that I am approved I just have to paste the code into the WordPress which right now I’m struggling. Please help me!!
