For last two days, I am receiving emails from a WordPress plugin that some user locked out from signing in. Just wondering if I could block their IP address using Wordfence free version or Cloudflare or anything else. Kindly suggest.

Just ignore it. It’s normal. You can block the IP address in the Wordfence firewall, but it’s pointless. As long as you’re using strong passwords and keep your shit updated you have nothing to worry about.
