First of all Im a total beginner and this is probably my second time ever interacting with word-press website, when i opened my website in my phone it the animations and a lot of other things does not work same happens on the laptop, but once i am logged into the website through admin the animations starts working.
In dev tools it says animate and wow.min.js file could not be found 404.
I don’t really know how to fix it. I downloaded a plugin to WP File manager to see files and try to fix it but i don’t really understand the structure.
pro is my theme now and the structure is as followed

what is the problem and how can it be fixed?
