Also please share a screenshot of the error you see on the checkout.

Also, please share the Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

Just to be sure, could you click on the Manage button and share a screenshot of the next page?
Lastly, I suggest you disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and switch the theme to Twenty Twenty-Four. Then try the Checkout process. This test will help us determine if the problem persists in the default settings.
