I would guess that reCaptcha is then probably incorrectly included. A link to the affected page might help to detect this.

The reCaptcha is incorrectly integrated. If you call the page without JavaScript (like a spam bot), you can register without any problems.
Since this is a registration form from WooCommerce, I would recommend that you contact their support or the support of the plugin that embeds the reCaptcha code about this. Normally, reCaptcha should also check the form data on the server side after submission. Then this would not happen.
