Will this plugin achieve this:
I’m creating a site where there are members that I will manage their performance scores. Each member has their account and the form I will create is about their performance. I understand that this form will auto-calculate their score depending on how I will set it up. Will this plugin help me have the records stored (per member) and be extracted as excel file? Can I also have the members acknowledge their performance score (by clicking acknowledgement link from the form)? Looking forward for a support. Thank you!
