@rostyk1000 The author avatar images will load from Google’s CDN. You can choose one local image or remove the avatar entirely using the avatar parameter.
You can set lazy loading and different avatar images as follows:

Update: Actually, I’ve spotted something that will need to be fixed (the avatar image URL) with this parameter. I will add a fix in the next version, coming in the next day or so.

And, I did fix the issue with custom avatar images (but, until just now, this wasn’t updated on the Demo website).
