Hello
I’ve installed this plugin to test on a few of the website we look after, but after setting the account and plugin up, the Malware scan fails at “Updating statuses for the denied files” stage with this in the log:
Getting denied hashes Denied hashes 7413; Denied hashes in db 0.
And the message that pops up with:
Internal server error.
Stage: get_denied_hashes
Is there any help or support with this error at all?
