Staging WP e-commerce store – How to maintain new orders?

Hello, I would like to create staging subdomain to test updates and bigger changes. I think about All In One WP Migration tool, but here’s a problem. When I create a copy to staging site, new orders will continually coming and after I would moving my site back to live version, I will overwrite them. How can I move only changes I made and not everything else? Thanks in advance!
