Standard woocomerce stores in buyable theme’s

There are a lot of great wordpress theme’s sites where there is an option using a basic woocommerce store within the theme.
The problem is those stores are to basic.

Does anyone have experience in using another shop in a bought theme where there is the option of woocommerce?
Any tips where to look?
