Hello @socialsparkmedia, please just add the following parameter to your Shortcode:
[reviews_rating animate="immediate"]The fixed nature of the position means that the animation-in is not triggered because it is never scrolling into view.
I will update the functionality in the future to check for “fixed” positions so this doesn’t occur for other people in the future.
