Hello, I have a problem where my customer’s pre-orders change to “Completed” automatically, despite the date for release being far into the future.
I think it’s worth mentioning that I’ve had to update the release date for the product(s) manually.
I don’t want to keep changing the status manually back to “pre ordered” and further annoy my customers since the same thing will happen again (and they will receive emails about their orders being completed), so does anyone have any idea (devs?) what could be causing this, and how I could prevent it? Surely has to be a bug.
