This might be hindered because you have lots of transparent pixels around the logo, and the logo cannot shrink too much as the system would deem it illegible. See this – https://ibb.co/6mCq13M
Let’s get this logo trimmed out of transparent pixels, as I’m sure it should solve the issue.
