Sticky Menu Not Sticking – Any ideas why?!

Hi, I've toggled on the Sticky menu feature in the theme (Assembler) but the menu still is not sticking as I scroll down. I tried searching for awhile but no dice, I couldn't figure it out. Any ideas?
