I presume that you have previously used SG Optimizer’s Cloudflare Full Page Caching feature. SiteGround no longer offers Cloudflare CDN but it appears that the worker which used to be automatically created upon Full Page Caching activation is still present on your account. Since you are currently again using the Cloudflare service, the worker-related entry is still being added to the response headers. You should be able to resolve this by logging into your Cloudflare account and deleting the SG Optimizer worker in the “Workers & Pages” section.
