First thing to do is go to Products > Attribute Stock, filter the list by this product, and make sure these 2 stock items show. If not, they are not matching the product correctly.

In this case, double check that the product is using these attributes as global attributes and not as custom attributes.

Please also check that the product is a Simple or Variable product, and make sure “Ignore attribute stock” is not checked.

I’ve already done your steps above and it seems the attribute terms are matching correctly with the product.
I am not sure what you mean but I’m pretty certain that my Atrribute named “Hardware Code” is already set to global if that’s what you mean (and not the actual attribute terms). See here.
This one used to work before, and I’m haven’t done anything.

One thing to note though is that we’ve been adding hundreds of terms (600+) on a single attribute and still counting. That means each of these terms has their own quantity. Is the plugin not capable of handling too many attribute term stocks?

I’m attaching an exported list of Attribute Stock if that helps. here the link.

Should we still Check the “Manage stock” option on WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory ? Mine is currently unchecked.

There’s no limit, you can have as many attribute terms with stock as you want.

If you can select your product on the Attribute Stock screen and the filtered list shows the correct 2 stock items, then stock should be reduced for that product when it’s purchased.

Another thing to check is the order, since an order note will be added when stock is reduced for the purchased product.

If you’re using the full version and you’re still having trouble, please reach out to us on our premium support channel so we can go through each part with you step by step.

Yes this needs to be enabled. If it’s disabled it essentially means you’ve disabled all stock for your entire site, Attribute Stock included.

That one was the culprit. It needs to be checked then. Thanks.
