Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us, sorry to hear your feed is empty. I had a look at your video and there appears to be nothing wrong with your category filter, you configured it properly. When you return to the rules and filter section and notice the drop-down is no longer there than that is not a bug, that is how the plugin actually works.
Hence, there must be another reasons as to why your feed is empty. Can you share the following with us so we can have a closer look?
- Your product feed URL
- The plugin debug.log URL so we can tell how you configured your feed and if it is properly updating? This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
- Are you using any caching plugins / software? If so, which one(s)?

I have fixed it, the issue was the products were not applied to the top level cat!
