Hello, at the moment I am using Better Messages 1.9.10.72.
To migrate to Better Messages 2.0.54 I’ve got myself a staging environment and I received a staging licence key via mail.
Now I’ve got two keys.
A normal key: sk********************VU
And a staging key: sk*********************kN
But as soon as I use my staging key on my staging environment, my production breaks.
Most of Better Messages works but the Mini Widgets are not realtime anymore. I have to reload the page if I want to see new messages.
(The environments are on totally different domains, could this be a problem?)
If I take a look in the Javascript console of my browser I get alot of authentification errors from better messages in the production. I found this to be really strange, because I thought these two keys were not connected by any means!?
As soon as I disable the key on my staging environment, my producation works again.
(Sometimes it takes a few minutes.)
Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas what is wrong with my installation?
