Struggling with reducing mobile LCP, tried a lot of different solutions but nothing works, Deskptop score is perfect but mobile is poor. Website feels extremely slow to load in real time test , this is delaying the launch of the website.

I tried remove the entire mobile hero and it still said lcp was high.

I tried using litespeed cache but no improvements.

The domain is a jenivo.ca
would appreaciate any type of help , I am desperate right now. Thank you

  1. Your score for me is a 71 on mobile for performance. You’re only hits are for images, but they seem properly resized/compressed and aren’t huge. To be honest, I wouldn’t worry about it at all. In SEO circles anything over a 50 is good on mobile. Mobile throttles things to use a 3g-4g connection that is throttled on like a 10y old phone. Anything over a 70 is considered great in my opinion.

I’d personally be more concerned with your Accessibility rating and try to get that up since it’s such a simple fix. Your downfall is contrast ratios which is so easy to fix by just adjusting your colors accordingly. Not saying 89 is bad, but I’d spend more time on that than your 71 mobile performance.

Edit: also your site on desktop is not perfect at all. It’s 92/90/100 for me at this moment. Those are fantastic scores, but you specifically said perfect, so I just wanted to let you know it’s not 100/100/100 from here (US)
