Stuck in progress | WordPress.org

Hi,

I am using automatewoo plugin that have manual cron jobs to run
sometimes a task stuck in-progress for minutes maybe 5 or 7 and then it fails, but when I check before it the crons run in 50batches very well

here is the error that shows in failed section
The "batched_workflows" job was stopped because it's failure rate is above the allowed threshold

Can anyone help on this?
I have increased max excution time but does not help and also Memory allocated to wp to 4GB nothing changed.

I am using server cron jobs not wp default cron and I used 2 minutes and 5 minutes interval
