Not from that screenshot. It can’t find them… but…
Upload your site? How? Where did you build it? From dev/MAMP/LAMP? did you upload the whole WP folder, AND the database. Did you do a URL replace from old to new? Where is it hosted?
Your stylesheet link has no URL – so is looking in the root. That’s not how WP works so I’d guess not much is actually set-up right… but with no detail to go on… meh…
