Sorry for the trouble. Please go to Ninja Forms → Settings → Advanced Settings and enable the “Show Legacy Submissions Page” option. Then click on the “Save Settings” button and reload the page.
Now go to the Submissions page and you will be able to access it again. We are working fixing the issue and making the new Submissions page fully compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
