Subscribe user to Mailchimp audience

Hi, I’m setting up an automation where a user is subscribed to a Mailchimp audience when they register on my site. If they are already in the audience, will AutomatorWP update the user or will it replace all of the user’s info? I looked in your documentation and it doesn’t really mention anything about this.
