Subscriber login: Login page won’t redirect unless refresh page.

I have an LMS plugin and when any user sign in through the login page, the page will just refresh back to the login page again instead of redirecting to the next page, unless they refresh the page manually themselves.

I am using W3 Cache and cloudflare, and it solves the problem when I deactivated the plugin (caching issue). How do I work from here?
