Hello
On both of my sites, new subscribers are no longer receiving emails when new posts publish. I’m using Post SMTP as a plugin with Elegant Themes Divi as my theme.
I sent a test email via Post SMTP and it worked.
Any suggestions? I also opened a ticket with WP Support.

Have you set up your SPF record? Gmail and Yahoo addresses wont receive emails if you don’t have one.
Do you get an email deliverability warning when you send your test email? As Bluesix mentioned, it could be that you’ve not quite finished setting up your DNS settings and so email’s are arriving. I use WP Mail SMTP and it warns me when I send a test email that might not be delivered.
