Hoping someone can help me ASAP. I thought that configuring the settings to cancel the membership after failed payments would prevent said accounts from accessing content on the site, as that’s just common sense. But, I tested it with another account just now and after payment was declined the account was still able to access all content like a paid subscriber. Does anyone have a solution to this that doesn’t require me spending even more money?
