Hello
I have an issue with my renewal subscriptions.
Here is what happens :
– A custumer monthy payment fails => the subscbription is on-hold (normal)
– The customer goes to his account, change his credit card, and pays (normal)
– the payment is done and complete (normal)
– subscription is automatically set to ‘active’ then the same minute automatically switched to “on-hold” again. (not normal ? )
I don’t understand why the subscription is not “active” after the customer’s payment has been processed and the order is all good.
All plugins and wp are up to dates;
Any help would be very appreciated !
