Suggest me best tools for automating wordpress website maintenance with the small budget

I have been managing few WordPress websites but it is too much to keep track of following

1. SSL expiry or all of the sudden SSL issues
2. Broken link
3. File changes or removal by clients accidentally on server
4. Site going down
5. Forms not working or not sending email notifications

Please let me know tools or services you use to provide WordPress monthly maintenance.

  1. Can think of a number of tools but you’ll be better off if you pay for one and roll it into your retainer with your client.

    * Synthetics monitoring tools for UX; uptime; form submit testing
    * Uptime Robot or similar – SSL expiration notices/issues; Keyword-based uptime notifications
    * SEMRush or similar for broken links and other site health issues (costs).
    * Activity Monitor plugins with alerting functionality for certain events (WP Activity Log; also paid for alerting features I believe)
    * MS Clarity for UX issues (free)
    * Datadog – Synthetics and Real User Monitoring (paid)
    * Screaming Frog (free for up to 500 URL scans)
    * Google Search Console (free)
    * site24x7 ($35/month; covers a lot of the above)
    * There are other SaaS tools that do similar

    Those are the ones I’ve used / use on a regular basis.
