If we want to really simulate a human answering, sometimes for long answers it shows it’s not a human since it gives a long answer very quickly.
In order to avoid this, for whoever would want that, there could exist an option to randomly cause delays prior to sending the message to OpenAI.
It could even have a configurable interval, so that the admin could choose the wanted delay.
In our scenario, we want to set a random delay prior to showing the “loading/typing” icon between 3 and 10 seconds and although we can easily customize the plugin to do that, if this is already integrated we can then later access more updates. 🙂
