Hi everyone, I’m looking to start a very wonky news blog, very similar to this one:

I want essentially the exact layout that this one has. Logo and fixed navigation on the top, a main column on the left with text links, brief excerpts and a quick commentary from me. And then a right navigation column with static links.

I haven’t signed up for WP hosting until I can confirm that WP has an existing theme that’s very close to this one out-of-the-box. I have to think it must. But after a while of searching, I haven’t found it. So I thought I’d ask the experts.
Any ideas?
