Since the Loop features are relatively new, it is likely the Ad Inserter plugin authors have not yet updated their code to work with these features. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for third-party plugins, as we don’t have control over their code. I recommend reaching out to the authors regarding this issue to see if they can offer a solution.
You are also welcome to post this issue on our Github account where you may get in contact with a member of our development team. Please note that this is not an official support channel. A respective member of the development team will respond to your post as soon as they are available.
