I started an email conversation with the plugin developer, but more than 2 weeks ago He does not answer. We wanted to purchase the plugin, but how can we do it, If we can not ask simple presales questions?
What is the platform to ask pre sales questions, talk about bugs, etc? We wrote everything on email with subject (Enquiry – weight tracke r plugin) but no response.
