Hi @stitchedbywill, I was able to check the ticket number you shared but could not find any new ticket.
For reference, ticket numbers are currently at seven digits, i.e. 1234567. Please check on this and revert, we’ll be able to assist you further.

@ckadenge everytime I try to create a new request I get the same message “Please check the bottom right corner of your screen…” With the same chat box that still has no reply!!! How do I create a ticket
