Hi there,
I’ve been running Astra theme on my existing site for about two years now. However, I’m finding it frustrating in some ways, and especially because I’ve got a custom build from a developer, which is too complicated and no longer fits my needs. I’d prefer to start again with something much more simple.
So I’d like to switch the theme over to GeneratePress. I want to use one of the GP starter templates to get a consistent look and feel from the beginning. My plan is to set up the starter template on a staging site. But after that, I’m not clear about how to get the existing content and URLs into the starter template once it’s ready. I don’t want to risk my site traffic or SEO. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.
