How are you managing languages and currencies in WooCommerce? User Switching redirects you to the home page of the site (if the target user doesn’t have access to the wp-admin area) so presumably you’re seeing the default language and currency after switching. If you manually log in as one of your users does the same thing happen?
If you need to change the redirect location take a look at the FAQ where it mentions which filters are used for the redirect locations. If the redirect location isn’t the home page then it could be that another plugin on your site is already adjusting the redirect location when a user logs in.
