Would it be corect to assume that iPhone users should use the iCalendar link?

To synchronize your events with your iPhone’s calendar, make use of the iCalendar link.

You can still use the Google Calendar link and it will open in your browser. In case you have installed the Google Calendar app, then you will be subscribed to the calendar through the app.
