Syncing local wordpress install between Android and Windows via Syncthing?

[ad_1]

I keep a journal on my personal laptop by using Docker Desktop to run a simple install of wordpress on localhost. I also have an Onyx Boox ereader running android. I’d like to use syncthing to sync the wordpress journal between the two devices so that I can write posts in and read on both devices, without having it be accessible to the broader internet. I’m not sure what files I’d need to sync where though – I’m comfortable manipulating files in the folder structure, but have much less knowledge and experience for how and where databases are stored in local installs. I see some apps on the app store to run a local web server on android but I’m not clear on what files would need to be synced across the devices to keep both instances up to date. Any advice? Thank you!
